Stuff like this makes me skin crawl.

1. I would refuse to take any advice from somebody with her intelligence.

2. Why is it a cheat meal? What are you cheating on? You SHOULD have a balance with food as with everything in life. If you eat well, non processed food most of the time & want something that isn't once or twice a week. Why not?
