Yesterday's back workout for anybody that is interested. Changed all my training back to 6-8 reps/ 10 max as apposed to my normal routine of 12-15 reps.
All exercises consisted of 3 sets.

Chins
T bar rows
Deadlifts
Dumbbell Pullovers

Followed by 3 rounds of HIT cardio, all 30 seconds with a 20 second rest period between.
Hops over bench
Sprint on the spot
Hill Climbs
Burpees
