There are loads of companies scamming people out of money & ridiculous protocols online both pointless.

Unless you are doing 1-3 CONSISTENTLY i really feel sucking on some lemons, not eating for hours/days on end, necking loads of tablets, drinking a magical tea etc etc is literally the last thing you need to do.
